We had our dream White Christmas holiday booked with parents and Kids. Only to be massively miss sold to. Chalet was far from child friendly. A massive list if issues and emails sent. Currently stuck in the reception of the apartments we stayed at with a 3 1/2 hour gap between room checkout and transfer. No where to store our skis and cases, it’s a bus journey with them and back for us to go into town. Crystal have know since Thursday at least but failed to resolve it. NOT IMPRESSED
Had a great trip so far. But now having a 4hr wait after checking out. As the complex won’t hold are bag. Due to French law. so we are having to just sit around. Maybe booking with one of your competitor next year. I will see a complete service. @Neilsonholidays
