Hi, I paid a premium for nominated delivery and after a long conversation with your helpdesk last week, I agreed to accept delivery today. I was advised that I would receive a call on the morning to give me an idea of what time it would arrive. I am still waiting for that call. Is this standard practice when you are charging £19.95 delivery??

Have just been to your Weymouth Store and it is ridiculously hot in there so much so I got what I wanted and left normally I would spend more and browse. When I asked staff I got the usual rude abrupt reply of "Cos it's humid" then walked off! It's ridiculous not to have air con or at the very least large fans moving air around ☹

Hi I would just like to give anyone who orders online a heads up. We was sent a table that had already been a return clear to see table was damaged. the box wasn't a box it was 2 flaps of cardboard hanging from the table. £189 was paid. So we arranged for it to be returned to then be told 28 days to get our money back they can't just replace it. We would have to order and pay again...so as... View more »

Terrible customer service from yourselves. Our new bed has been delivered with the packaging ripped open and the mattress is disgusting! When calling to rectify the problem I'm told to email. 2 emails later and still no reply. On phoning again I'm told you have a back log at the moment and I can expect a reply from email at the start of next week! Not good enough very unhappy customer here!

You can post online but you can not answer e mails or the phone. I have sent a letter to head office raising a complaint. If it is not rectified within 8 weeks I WILL refer my complaint to the retail ombudsman. I have been ringing daily for nearly 2 weeks - several times a day.
