Made these this morning with nitrate-free center cut bacon. I tried to cook the bacon a bit first so it would be crunchy. After neatly pressing it onto the sides of the muffin tin, I baked just the bacon for a bit first.
HA then I had to "open" up all of my little cups because they shriveled up. Not smart planning on my part...LOL
